Staff training

What cooperation with a Customer also entails is training in operation of the automation system and the production process being introduced.

Scope, level of detail and form of the training is chosen in consultation with the Customer and the trainees. This allows us to prepare the training in such a way as to adjust it to the needs and expectations of staff participating. We do not provide rigid, routine forms of training, the effectiveness of which, as it often turns out in practice, varies considerably.

We also offer the possibility to involve Customer's personnel in the realization of the project at any stage. If the staff lacks appropriate qualifications, we can provide them with intensive training.

The training comes with a one-year warranty, which means that each trainee can obtain help, consultation or additional training, if they consider it to be appropriate.
